  Service was lovely, very friendly and polite. When one of our pasta dinners was cold they comp-ed it and let us choose a new meal. The kids enjoyed their colouring menus and food.

  Useless customer service and horrendous pricing. They forgot the child’s meal with our delivery, then took nearly an hour to re-deliver a couple of tiny, withered, little kids burgers. No one had the foresight to throw in something else for the poor experience.

  Was going to order online but the website doesn't work at all, on multiple devices and 2 different internet connections. For such a large company you think they would have a better website?

  Do not waste your time going here! My boyfriend and I went tonight and received the worst service from their "manager". We ordered drinks, I received mine but we waited over 15 minutes for my boyfriends. We then ordered our food and waited 20-30 minutes for our appetizer. Finally the "manager" was walking around and kept asking everyone if everything was OK, I mentioned that we were still waiting for our appetizer. His excuse was "I just got here" meanwhile he sat us when we came in. He then came back with some cold bandera bread and told us our meals would be out in a minute because the bartender put our food order too close together? Got our food, mine was again cold. When the bill came, he was still quite rude. Not impressed and will not be returning. No wonder the bartender walked out, the manager was berating and yelling at his employees.

  Awesome staff great service and good eats. Unlike other Boston pizzas the food seemed better prepared and better flavors
