    I bought a watch off Amazon a few years back and recently (like a year ago) the self winder broke so I bring it into the "experts". The manual winder is broken and the watch doesn't tick. Apparently it's not broken though, as I've been told several times by these people. Maybe they should hire actual experts in store and outside because it doesn't take a genius to realize the watch doesn't work. Brutal place, never going there again.
