    They are the most heartless people that I have ever seen. I needed some paperwork for a job that I do that involves being self-employed. Also,my printer is broken. I arrived there @3:45 today. They are open till 4. The computer shut down 1 minute after I logged in. I was told that I could not have even 1 more minute just to print something. I lost a job today that would have netted me $100. When I told them this and that I just needed a minute to print something--that's all I had to do--they refused. I should tell you, too, that I have very little to live on each month. I am disabled, and computer work is all that I can do. I have had bad experiences with these people before, but this was the worst. The library at Lake Superior State University is much better, and in the same town. I would have gone there, but they are closed on Saturday. There is also a library in Sault Ontario that is much better. I would go there if I could.

    I don't like that they close at 5:30pm on Friday and are closed on the weekends. Plus there really isn't any newer books here.
