  I was at this hotel for a wedding being held on site and I also stayed the night in the hotel. The wedding venue was nice: big, open, high ceilings, well cared for, and it had a cute outdoor area with a statue. The room we stayed at on the premises was clean, and it had a comfortable couch to relax on as well as a desk with a chair. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark at night despite bright lights out the window. I must also add that the staff was very nice and we were welcomed at the friend desk with a big smile. there was a pool area which looked really nice but we didn't have the time to go in

  Amazing staff, and amazing location! Cannot wait to go back! Service was great, rooms were lovely ( with free chocolates!) 5/5 for sure!

  We had a great time when visted the bar at the water tower. They had a great live band playing. The servers were very good even for how busy it was. If I had one complaint it was with the nachos we ordered. It was missing iteams and had a serious lack of cheese. I hope the other menu items were better. Other then that it's great. Good selection of beer too!

  Best hotel in the Sault, with everything you need at your fingertips - Tempospa (gym), an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a pool, waterfall, and sauna in Club Cabana, a restaurant (Casey's Grill.Bar) and a pub (Water Tower Pub), a conference space (The Pavilion), and amazing, comfortable rooms featuring the most comfortable beds in town (beautiful suites are available, too). Mix in the warm, hospitable staff and you've got yourself the best hotel in the Sault - The Water Tower Inn, a resort for the price of a room :)

  My boyfriend and I decided to have a little getaway weekend at the water tower inn. We decided to take a bath and found the jets didn’t work, bummed, we went to bed and since there was nothing on tv we decided to watch a movie. The remote didn’t work. My boyfriend called the front desk to ask about how to fix it and instead they upgraded our room, made sure everything was working and gave us breakfast vouchers. The man who helped us is named Mike, he was more than happy to help us out- way more than we ever would have asked. We definitely will be staying here again. Great experience, great customer service!
