    For 6 hours they kept the front doors to my building open even after repeatedly asking them to keep them closed. Much heating was lost. In addition, due to poor planning on their part, I was forced to contact residents at 8pm to come move their cars so that the massive truck could turn around to get out of the parking lot. I was forced to stay well past my office hours to accommodate their lack of professional planning. To top it off they left trash in my lobby. If I could give zero stars I would.
