    I contacted them on Dec 27, and was told that the manager had called wherever they had sent the tags, to inquire about what was taking so long. She suggested the delay could be slower mail delivery due to the holiday season. This was totally plausible. She said that she was just waiting on a call back from headquarters, and she promised to call me back by end of day. I got no phone call. I called back that evening, and whoever answered my call was completely lost. They asked me to call back the next morning, as the manager I was speaking to earlier that day would be back in. So, I called the next morning, and the SAME employee answered the phone. I went thru the whole speel again, explaining the situation and lack of customer care. She asked me to call back after 1 since she STILL had no idea what I was talking about, and had no idea where to look, and that the manager would be there. I called back around 2:30 pm and when I asked the manager about it, she got very short and rude with me, telling me that it takes a month to 6 weeks to have a thumb print done. I became upset on the phone, explaining that the day I ordered it, I was told it would be back within 10 business days. If I would have known it was going to take THAT long, I would have bought my dad something different as a Christmas gift. She again, became very rude... telling me “I don’t know what you want me to do... if u come in, I will refund it. I tried to explain that I looked like an idiot at Christmas. My dad the only one not receiving a gift from me. There was absolutly no concern, no apology, no anything from her! She told me that it dosent take 10 days... and that SHE would call ME when it came in. Basically, telling me to stop calling. If this wasn’t my dead grandmothers thumb print, I would be taking my refund and making sure everyone knew about how this was handled, or NOT handled I should say! I will NEVER deal with this store, EVER again. I should have listened to the people who tried to warn me...

    Absolutely some of the worst service and attitude I have ever experienced. I am truly dissapointed that every problem that I had was met with "Nothing I can do" and looks of annoyance that only made the experience worse. I will never be shopping here again and I urge everyone else to be cautious if they do decide to purchase anything here.

    I’m only giving one star, because you HAVE to, to be able to do a review!!!!!!!!! I went in to this store on Dec 11th, to order dog tags engraved with my Grandmother’s thumb print as a Christmas gift for my Father. My Grandma had just passed, and I went against my aunt’s wishes, snook back into the wake after everyone was gone, and took my Grandma’s thumbprint so I could have something special made for my Dad. I ordered and paid up-front. I was told, by what appeared to me to be a supervisor or manager, that it would take about 10 days because it had to be sent away. I said no problem.
