    Worst customer service representatives ever. Never will I recommend this company to anyone. Representatives in store are rude and customer service via phone is worse. I politely asked for a supervisor after the representative was rude and snarky about my bill concerns. Wow just wow.go to Rogers\Fido. Anything owned by Bell is awful.

    Manager “Pete” refused to accept a return even after being directed to do so by Virgin Executive Office, forcing me to write numerous letters and travel 150 km three separate times before I got justice. He was rude, obnoxious, and unco-operative, threatening to have security kick ME out of the store because HE was getting so angry and ranting on and on about how I had “ruined HIS day”. Worst retail experience I have ever had.
